Medico-legal
Mr Cass provides a medico-legal service to the legal profession, undertaking reports on medical negligence, personal injury and work injuries.
He acts for both litigant & defendant and has experience in producing joint reports.
He has undertaken Expert Witness training & report preparation courses with leading legal training companies, including Bond Solon and has achieved his CUBS certificate.
Medical negligence is Mr Cass's area of focus and he can provide in depth, quality reports. He is currently building on this side of his practice as he reduces clinical load.
Mr Cass has given evidence in court including The High Court of England in personal injury litigation.
