Medico-legal
Mr Cass provides a medico-legal service to the legal profession, undertaking reports on personal injury, work injuries and also undertakes medical negligence.
He acts for both litigant & defendant and has experience in producing joint reports.
He has undertaken Expert Witness training & report preparation courses with leading legal training companies, including Bond Solon.
Mr Cass has given evidence in court including The High Court of England in personal injury litigation.
